We understand that you have enough to do - so we try to make scheduling as easy as possible. Here is what you need to know to make scheduling as easy as possible with Wildflower Mobile Vet.
NEW CLIENTS We will need more information the first time around, so as you book online we ask that you do three things: (1) Make sure you are in our service area (check map here). This will also give you pricing for the house call + first pet exam. (2) Read through our policies and guidelines (click link here). (3) Schedule your appointment below and pay your deposit (select new client - cat or dog) - fill in your address and let us know what you are booking the appointment for - please type your visit needs in the comments. (4) After you schedule, look for a new client authorization form via email/text. We need this to be legal, and cannot confirm your visit without it! (If you want to be an overachiever and get it done now so we don't pester you - follow this link...(click link here). We look forward to meeting you! We do reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time if we do not feel that we would be safely able to help or meet your needs.
CURRENT CLIENTS This (or the app) are the two best ways to schedule a wellness appointment or mild illness appointment. If you feel the need is more urgent than available on the scheduler, you are welcome to email directly ([email protected]) and we will do our best to get you scheduled - just a reminder, we are not an emergency clinic. ***Please note - choose 1 patient even if you would like to have multiple animals seen, and then just write in the comments what other services or pets we can schedule for that same date and time. Thanks! ;) You will get your confirmation email shortly and we will touch base if we need something else from you - we look forward to seeing you soon! If you are not a current client and choose this option, your appointment will be automatically cancelled because the software will not be able to confirm and book without a deposit - please use the above option for new clients only!
